Nice hotel, but out of town

The room was OK (but had geckos). Needs updating. The staff on the reception are very good, and helpful. The hotel is out of town - OK if you have a car with you, but there's no public transport (no songthaews or tuk tuks) on the road by the hotel entrance, so it's necessary to get the hotel to call a taxi (takes 15 minutes, and a bit expensive) each time you want to go out. But fine as a quite location if you have a car. Restaurant OK - not busy, helpful staff, but several of the items listed on the menu were not available

Lovely hotel

A bit isolated out of town on the highway, but in a lovely
locatiion. The hotel has also very modern infrastructure that
made the stay really enjoyable. The staff is also very helpful. I would want to stay there again.

Misleading Hotel description
This hotel was probably ok when first built but certainly not now.

The Hotel did not seem to be ready for us arriving and then put us in a room which can only be described as dirty. Cobwebs all over the bathroom which clearly had not been cleaned for ages. It was very noisy too due to the location which would not have been an issue if the room hd been cleaned adequately.
Hotel Feature Tip:
We advise you not to stay at this Hotel unless you like staying in dirty rooms.

The staff had good English skills and were welcoming. That of course is standard in Thailand. Has an adjacent restaurant.(I did not use it)
Being a garden hotel it is spacious .
I would regard this hotel as a base for those who wish to visit both Surin and the Broader region
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Use this hotel if you intend to tour the area or you wish a quiet location
No nightlife in the adjacent area

Lovely clean Complex and good helpful staff

First visit for me and I have booked again for next year.
Clean tidy place serviced daily.
Travel tip:
Be careful there is another by similar name which my "local" friend got confused by.
A little off beaten track, so take some snacks with you, there is a resturant on site, but things like tea coffee not easy to get. You will need own transport although hotel can get local cars for you.

first , did not look like online pictures inside and out.
room was not clean,bed sheets old and stained.
cobb webs around lights and ceiling and walls.
curtins old and torn .
ants in room.beds pushed together to make a king bed for this socalled deluxe room.
would not ave stayed if we could find rooms elsewere , other places we to were all booked.
very very unhappy ,don't know how they hd the rating they had
