I really enjoyed the fitness room as it has many machines and free weights. They also have a sauna. The room was large and comfortable. The hotel is a bit far from the city center and tuk tuks need to be called to pick you up.

We had a great time on Rua Rasada, The hotel is very nice to rest, have a great room and facilities. The pool are nice, clean and have a wet bar. There a lot spaces to kids play. The tenis court are very nice, well manteined, and i had a great time with my son playing. The rooms are clean and big. The staff are very kind, especialy the managers. It's worth the money you pay for it. Highly recommended hotel.

Perfect for cool-down after 3 days of snorkeling
The shape from outside is an attraction, the cleanliness of the room and staff friendliness

We had 2 small children, and the staff was nice to set us up on higher floor, corner non-smoking room. The room had plenty of space in the balcony, view are just out to some undeveloped field. Location of the hotel is somewhat out towards to east of city center but still close enough on a 5-10 min ride in a car. Hotel has the unique boat-shaped so the children liked it. It is right next to a huge Central / Robinson shopping complex with Tops supermarket so it is very convenient should you need anything be the groceries, swimsuits or medical supplies.
Being one of the only few proper large-hotel with 4+ stars, in my mind, the price was a bit steep. Even with agoda deal it was still around 5000.- for two nights, additional bed is extra and breakfast is extra. Transport to hotel may not be as convenient as other hotels which are situated closer to city center but with rental car it was just perfect.
Overall - nice clean hotel, good breakfast and close to shopping mall. A little pricey and may not be as convenient travelling to-from city center.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff is quick, friendly and intelligent, possessing all the necessary English skills for our communication. We were even offered a complimentary breakfast for our kid whose food was not included in our booking. The pool is very big and clean. The hotel has a modest but very elegant design which we truly enjoyed.
