Gorgeous. Very nice and helpful staff. Quiet. Good food at restaurant.

Expensive beverages. No fridges in rooms.

An incredibly beatiful place and a resort with charming bungalows. Bungalows have thin walls so you'll sleep and wake up to the noises of the jungle! The thunder did wake us up one night, though. Barely any families with children at all, so very quiet. Percfect for couples who want an extremely relaxed, romantic and slow holiday (we even lost track of time). Not much to do but relax in the shade or sun, admire the view, soak in the sea or take a walk on the beach. Resort can arrange snorkelling tours to some great spots and there are canoes to rent. Would not recommend this place for families with children! No tv, no refridgerators and open air bathrooms which means you'll have to live with a few bugs and lizards. Complimentary water warm. Very nicely kept and clean. Good breakfasts with fruit, toast and omelet cook. Good food at the restaurant at fairly decent prices, but all drinks are expensive. There's a beautifully situated spa on the resort grounds, but since it rained every afternoon we didn't get around to trying it. Very, very helpful and friendly staff. We extended our stay and are definitely coming back some time for some real relaxation. Tip: Bring snorkelling shoes or sandals that can take water since there are a lot of dead coral on the sea bed.

Not many people

Generator could be heard - but they are about to have it removed

After studying the Lonely Planet and deciding to avoid anywhere it recommended we traveled to Koh Ngai and glad we did. So far it has managed to avoid being ruined with backpacker hotels and escort bars. Most of the dozen or so hotels are upmarket and attracted a more sedate or older clientele. The staff were great and bent over backwards to help us. As I said above there is a fairly noisy generator behind the hotel which can be heard if you stay in one of the rooms away from the sea, however it is being replaced sometime soon. Great stay.

The Warin spa was outstanding. The beachfront bungalows are lovely.

Don't bother to go if the beachfront bungalows are unavailable. A generator ruined our sleep the first night and a treetop animal made ongoing terrible noise for hours. Far too many stones in the water for our taste, and useless for morning swims due to extremely low tide.

We came looking for a paradise island but left slightly disappointed.

The BEST part of the resort is the really friendly and helpful people who are on the staff. We also really enjoyed the "rustic" nature of the resort, which made it feel like a true island adventure. The opportunity to have a longboat take us snorkeling anywhere we wanted was truly an unforgettable experience!

The only part of the whole experience that was not great is, unfortunately, an act of nature: LOW TIDE! I go to the beach to swim and at low tide there is NO water. As the tide advances, so does the marine "stuff" in the water. Perhaps the hotel could instruct customers that a nice walk down the beach will bring them to a sandier part of the beach with, I think, more water at low tide. (We were there during the full moon tides)

Travel tip : Definitely take a boat trip off the island.

For people who like to read books and rest in a deckchair I recommend Ko Ngai and specially Thapwarin resort. For those who want a super beach and swimmining around I recommend the island Koh Muk instead.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Take a longtail boat to one of the southern beaches - they are very quiet and better for swimming.

Staff who are especially friendly. Can you take on a soft heart and a lot of customers. In a seaside restaurant, satisfying taste great if you like Thai food. As it come to taste the food on a date while working at other resorts. The cottage is beautiful, and I decorated flowers, out of nothing one can say.

There is no good swim and snorkel from the beach to the spot in front of them for the pool. But who wants to relax the sound of smth. Floating sea but recommended

I was on vacation in the first KOHAI Island. Despite a first-person was very comfortable and gave me a lot of concern in the Club Med staff to talk more reasonably. Really kind and gentle all the staff, out of 100. Also look at other resorts on the island whileOr I, I, I thought that there is a small resort and warmth. When I go again to this resort night MARITAI. If people are looking forward to the night life is not recommended. This resort is very quiet and relaxing, but advised people to read while listening to the waves.

Nightlife Tip : Large-scale resort, KOHAIRIZOTO since I was little buzz-buzz, the nightlife may have some chance?

It is good in general. Better support staff, room was fairly clean. This is a beach front cottage is not, it was almost before your eyes.

The restaurant food is delicious, is higher. Drinks are particularly high, yet was cheaper than the next resort. I kind of sewage臭っman of showers.

Near the ocean anyway,子連RE (1 years 1 month) has been useful to us. It is with much satisfaction and snorkeling at the beach in front of the hotel. To coral reefs, so quite a distance, but was a little hard to get to walk through the coral at low tide. High tide, so there must swim, and even more difficult. The SONKURAN (New Year b) a stay in a hotel close to満室was like, I have not packed yet, we were able to relax slowly. This is really just the sea. When you get off the boat to the island has no jetty, so you can walk along the rocky shallows to the beach, I wet shoes, sandals (脱GENAI even walking in the water) If you like wearing the I'd like.

Restaurant Tip : Since the inn and other連NAっwalk up the beach, restaurants and other colors you should try.

The hotel consists of a super-cute little bungalow annex plus restaurant area (open air)

very few! Sometimes you English with a few problems, but it is finally in Thailand and not in a country with EN as the national language.

We had a small bungalow STandard. This is in our opinion, is sufficient. He is very clean and the cleaning staff is top maintained. The small open air Dad is really nice. A bit rustic, but that you have to stop in a jungle environment "expected. The restaurant of the Thapwarin is excellent. Both breakfast and dinner and snacks were great quality. Priced food is more expensive than minimally on Phuket, but still completely in the frame. The beach at the hotel is really anything but overcrowded. Small drawback: at low tide you can not swim. Conclusion: any time. Koh Hai and Thapwarin are simply fantastic.

Hotel Feature Tip : Standard Bungalow is perfectly
