Nice hotel even it's not new !!

The hotel's nice, cosy room but it's quite old...one thing I don't like is the tap water had got a smell and taste so I don't feel comfortable.
Restaurant Tip:
There's nice poridge shop around the corner...it's really nice !!! check it out !!!

It was challenging communicating with staff as no English was spoken. As a vegan it was very challenging at their restuarant. I think the menus which had English and Thai script did not translate correctly based on what I was given. Although it did all seem to be animal free. Internet connection was difficult to obtain and was very slow.
These are minor negatives, my sister and I still enjoyed staying there.

Big rooms with a well furnished and arranged bathroom which is equipped with all accessories you require and need. Everything is very clean. All facilities work and are well maintained. The air conditioning is regulated very well and is right in the room in such a way that you are not disturbed while sleeping by cold wind. Checking in like checking out goes fast and easily.

i didn't like the staff performance, very slow and not reacting professionally despite thai is theirs native language. apart from that everything is fine.

Restaurant next to the hotel was good, you better give a try.

the torsaeng hotel is a good three star city hotel close to ubon airport in a residential area. not the best location for a hotel but there is plenty of transport nearby.
the hotel is spacious and comfortable with lovely new bathrooms that are " asia spa style" design.
the breakfasts, as so often in thai three star hotels was let down by cheap products and the inevitable floating ham and frankfurter sausages, wonderloaf and cheap jams. thai breakfast was acceptable.
