Location. Ambience. Price. Spa/Massage. I have stayed here many times before and have always recommended many of my friends and others to stay here when going to Udon Thani. It is the best hotel in town located next to the largest major shopping complex with cinema etc and fast food chains next door. It also has in-house massage at a very reasonable price of THB300. Pool etc. Children friendly too with airport pickup at a small cost.
Nightlife Tip : Ten-pin bowling, restaurants (Sizzler) next door at major shopping complex. Lots of bars nearby.

This hotel is fair value for money but certainly nothing special. The bedrooms and decor on the upper floors are tired and worn and really no more than 2 star. The lobby would warrant 3 stars. The hotel fitness centre also charges hotel guests 100 baht for usage which most hotel guests (myself included) might consider should be a free service.

This was a nice quality, well appointed and comfortable hotel. The quality of the decor in the lobby, mezzanine and on the individual floor where I was staying was pleasantly attractive and of a quality valid of a 4 star rating in my opinion. I didn't use any of the other facilities in the hotel, but based upon those which I did use I would certainly recommend this hotel as good value for money and I will stay here again the next time I come.

Good location. Fitness - pool are sufficient. Poor staff, rooms require refurbishing, almost impossible to get a non-smoking room although requested at the time of reservation. This use to be an outstanding place to stay. But the food, staff and cleanliness of the facility have steadily declined at a rapid pace. Very very disappointed.

Nicest hotel in Udon Thani Use to really be nice - now completely run down. I have stayed at this location many times. Each time it has become less appealing and the staff less accommodating. It's really a pity because I use to look forward to my stays, but now it is just a place to sleep, and move on.
