Nice hotel but no mosquito nets

The President Hotel is a very nice low-rise hotel, with clean rooms and friendly staff. It is a little distance from the city centre but there are plenty of motorcycle rickshaws to take you to places in town. It was nice to be able to walk around the city as it has pavements. However, we couldn't enjoy the cooler weather there because the hotel doesn't have mosquito nets so we spent the night turning the AC on and off. It's a real shame. The mattresses on the bed were also a bit hard, but some people prefer that.
Restaurant Tip:
We enjoyed dinner at Meiya, a very nice Thai/Chinese restaurant with serious ice cream desserts. It's about 20 minutes walk from the hotel or ask a tuktuk to take you.

Very clean. Staff very helpfully and pleasant. Room was excellent and a good size.
It happened to be my birthday and the reception staff presented me with a loverely birthday cake.
We all enjoyed our stay.

ห้องพักสะอาดสะดวกสบาย ห้องน้ำสะอาด บรรยากาศดีถึงแม้จะเป็นอาคารแต่มีระเบียงให้ยืนชมต้นไม้ สระว่ายน้ำ เพราะมีสวนอู่ตรงกลางระหว่างตึก 2 ตึก ควรพักชั้น 2 พนักงานบริการดี

ทำเลที่ตั้งดี หาง่าย สะดวกในการเดินทางในตัวเมือง ห้องพักสะอาดใช้ได้ โรงแรมตกแต่งสไตล์์กึ่งรีสอร์ทให้ความรู้สึกผ่อนคลาย แต่ควรเพิ่มสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก เช่น เครื่องเป่าผม และรองเท้าแตะสำหรับใส่ในห้อง อาหารเช้าโรงแรมรสชาดพอใช้ แต่ควรใส่ใจเรื่องคุณภาพให้มากกว่านี้ เช่น ผักและผลไม้ ดูไม่สดไม่น่ารับประทาน และบางชิ้นเริ่มมีสี กลิ่น และรสที่เปลี่ยนไปแล้ว
