The food and services are one of the best in Tashkent with a polite staff.
Customer service needs to be improved on. I went with my finance to this hotel and they try to charge me an extra 30 dollars a night when it was clearly marked on the hotel request that was sent to them by agoda. Plus they didn’t treat her with the same amount of respect as they did to me.
Definitely pick a different hotel in Tashkent.
