Room was excellent including view. Food was very good choice of wine very good and not expensive. Staff very friendly. Beautiful Hotel very clean. Good location. Great Chef.
Could not find anything wrong just Taxi drivers with no English but I had no Vietnamese
A beautiful hotel with a superb room/suite to make our stay memorable. The staff were very helpful and friendly and could not do enough for us. The menu in the restaurant was excellent as was the food. The Chef spoke to us re our choice and again after our meal. The wine list was good and not overly priced. We took 1 up to our room after dinner was finished. The breakfast was superb and varied. The shuttle was a good idea and the whole area was amazing. Just need to stop people throwing rubbish into the rivers and onto the pavements and roadsides as it is a beautiful area. The Gin and Tonics we had were excellent and the whole hotel was spotless and fabulous.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The Mekon Delta is an awsome area and the upper area should be visited.

The most beautiful hotel in Can Tho.
For a few dollars more, we took a suite with a splendid view of th river.
The room was filled with fruit, flowers, green plants, bonsais and little gifts. Internet access WIFI in all the hotel. The is a very good spa and massage center in the hotel.
The atmosphere is very calm and peaceful. And a free shuttle boat takes you to the city center in five minutes.
Exellent service. The staff are very thoughtful and attentive.
We were delighted with our stay.

We have very much appreciated the colonial ambiance of the hotel, the decoration and the kindness of the staff. The restaurant was excellent with a very nice terrace. The breakfast buffet was gorgeous.
The spa was very nice too.
We regretted the fact that there was only one restaurant as we stayed 2 days. We had dinner twice but had ordered exactly the same dinner as we wanted to eat Vietnamese food. The carte should be richer.
A separate shower would be great in the bathroom.
The bar is not cosy enough for a tete a tete especially because of the billiard. Would it be possible to create a more seclusive bar?
The Victoria hotel is the very best hotel in Can Tho to discover the Mekong delta region.
The colonial ambiance is great, the swimming pool is large enough to relax after a day of cruising or visiting. We have really enjoyed the restaurant (but the menu should be a little bit more richer as there is only one restaurant).
Please try the spa as the massages are very nice and the decoration very pleasant.
We have made a 5 hours hotel excursion to visit two floating markets and a fruit garden. It was great especially because we could ride bicycles along the canals on top of the cruise on a private boat just for the two of us.
If we have to come back to Can Tho without hesitation we will stay again in the Victoria hotel.
