Oke for stopover but not for a longer stay

Hotel is about 2 km away from the city. We had no hot water in our room zo we had to move to another room. The staff at the reception was smiling, but could not help us with boogink a boat ticket so we had to take a taxi to go tomtown to buy the ticket. We asked for a taxi for the next morning, they did not call a cab. We asked again, they said the'd called but when we checked they siad that they would call.
Food in restaurant was poor. Chicken with just white rice is not a proper meal,in a restaurant.
The roomwas gooed, nice shower, plenty of space, nice bed's
Travel tip:
Oke for just a stopover but the staff does not understand english and answer Yes on every question
Hotel just between the mountain and the city, need a taxi if younleave the hotel.
