Beautiful setting. Excellent views

We arrived to discover that despite booking online 3 days before, there was no room at the original hotel. The online reservation suggested that there were at least 6 rooms available.A travel agent had also checked on prices for the dates that we wanted and he wasn't told that it had been booked up for a month. The manager did arrange for another room in another hotel and they were very apologetic but if we had traveled a long way and were expecting our room to be all ready and waiting we would have been most upset. We felt that the price for the room we were given as a substitute was very expensive in comparison to hotels we have stayed in in other places.
We thought the location was beautiful but we wouldn't rush back because of the confusion over the room.

Bana by Night ở một vị trí khá tốt, có khí hậu trong lành, mát mẻ. Nhân viên của khách sạn rất ân cần và chu đáo. Tuy nhiên, khách sạn nên chú ý một chút về điều kiện phòng ở, các dịch vụ khác ăn sáng, ăn tối, dịch vụ đồ uống tại hầm rượu cần được chu đáo hơn và nhiều lựa chọn hơn cho du khách... Tóm lại đây là một kì nghỉ thú vị và đáng nhớ đối với chúng tôi. Thank you Bana by Night

phòng standard ko có wc. rất bẩn. nhân viên tồi, ko chịu xách hành lý cho khách. thái độ rất khó chịu. thức ăn dở, lại ít món.
phòng rất xấu,ko có cửa sổ chắn gió, vì kính cửa sổ đã bể hết mà vẫn chưa thay. xin thêm chăn để đắp thì nhân viên không đồng ý. nói chung là hotel quá tồi. lời khuyên là đừng bao giờ nghỉ ở đây.
