Friendly staff who could not do enough for you. Beautifull clean hotel with well manicured gardens. Amazing pool and views . Best buffet breakfast out of all hotels i have stayed at.

The Furama Resort in general was a nice big space, great to unwind and relax. The service by the beach and pool was good too. My favourite part of this resort was definitely the private beach in front of the hotel. It was clean and well maintained. A short walk/run down the coastline, I realised that the beach in front of Furama should be one of the cleanest in the area. They had lifeguards to keep an eye on the safety of their patrons as well which was very good. Wifi was widely available and we found it easy to connect to the services. While the staff in the hotel are helpful, the concierge appeared to be slightly over-eager to recommend the local restaurants of choice to hotel guests. Nevertheless, the management was quick to spot that we had a birthday in our group and was very thoughtful with their little gesture which made our stay in the hotel a memorable one!
