Relaxing resort but lacks details
I really like the villa pool and most of all the beach is fantastic. Peaceful and windy

my first impression for the resort was that the beach front was windy and scenary was fantastic. the resort staffs were very helpful and friendly. though my feeling is that their comprehensive of english is not too good. find it diffcult to commmunicate with some of the staff.
the whole day spa was a very good idea. enjoy thoroughly.
the villa is spacious however i find that the housekeeping can still improved as when i was in the toilet i found nail clippings and also bottle cap in pool.
overall the stay was quite enjoyable but definiately need to improve the cleaniness.
Hotel Feature Tip:
When take cab from airport to resort, please ask hotel staff to verify the fare. If not you will get the shock of your life.

loved this boutique style hotel. pool villa was great. most of all, when our child fell ill with diarrhea and vomiting, they were quick to give assistance with several staff helping as well as a nurse. everything was better overnight and staff all showed concern. needless to say this reassured us. breakfasts were the best and healthiest we've ever had at a hotel. all spa treatments were the best and took the stress out of booking. loved that they have free shuttle to hoi an. we went one day but spent all the other days at the hotel!

I would say that travelling around the World I never had a service like Fusion Maia Resort from the top Management to all the staffs , I would like to thank Michelle the General Manager for her kindness and also Mai at the restaurant and Yen at the reception for their excellent skills of Customer service
I will come back there because it was absolutely perfect

From Danang you can go to Hon Ai , Hue , do not waste your time to go to Ba Na Hills the attraction Park will be finished in 2014

Luxurious honeymoon resort

we stayed at fusion maia for our honeymoon and had a fabulous time. we received 2 treatments (usually a massage) at the day spa every day. the staff were really friendly and helpful and almost all spoke fairly good english. the hotel is located half an hour away from hoi an and the hotel has a complimentary shuttle bus which is quite handy.
we stayed in a pool villa and found this to be very luxurious. the room was quite large for two people, with a good sized lounge room with coffee machine, a king size bed with lots of space around it and a massive bathroom. the bathroom has a walk in shower room with shower head in the ceiling and a sunken bath tub. all three spaces; lounge room, bedroom and bathroom, all have floor to ceiling windows looking outside to the beautiful garden and private pool. sadly our visit was during vietnamese winter so we only used the pool about three times, however it would be brilliant during summer.
breakfast was also included in the room tariff and i have never seen a breakfast like this before. to use the word buffet is an understatement. almost everything you can think of for breakfast is on offer, plus a few things i hadn't thought of for breakfast.
the room was quite expensive by our standards, about $380/$400 a night, however we decided to splash out for our honeymoon. the cost was definitely worthwhile if you make the most of the spa treatments and the all day breakfast.
Hotel Feature Tip:
the hotel room, pool and surrounding area and beach is simply beautiful and there are many activities and workshops on offer at the resort such as vietnamese cooking classes, yoga, tai chi, lantern making and learning how to do reflexology. if you stay at the fusion maia, don't book yourself in to go on any other tours, just simply enjoy all the resort has to offer. if you want to visit danang or hoi an, do so before or after your fusion maia stay as you will run out of time to enjoy the tranquility and relaxation that fusion maia offers.

Incredible!! We can not fault this resort. The room with private pool was incredible. The staff were flawless. The buffet breakfast is to die for. The spa treatments were perfect. We were there for 2 nights to relax and spend time together and it was perfect. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic hostel property. Beautifully designed villas and lanscaped areas. Food was so-so rather on pricey side.
Hotel staff offers very personalised serviced. Managers meets you on arrival and really make you feel special.
Only the lousy weather spoilt it. But thats our fault for not checkign the monsoon. Rained 4 days non stop in Nov 2011!!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Do make use the free shuttle to Hoi An. Many things to shop see buy in the old town.
Avoid buying stuff from the marble moutnain shops. Totally overpriced for tourists.
We bought same items from the local Danang Market for 100x less!
