Thái độ phục vụ của nhân viên rất tốt. Tuy nhiên đồ ăn sáng không được hợp khẩu vị cho lắm. Nên đi bộ dọc theo các dãy phòng của khách sạn để có thể ngắm được toàn cảnh xung quanh. Số ổ cắm điện trong phòng quá ít, không đủ cho tất cả các thiết bị, do buổi tối trời rất lạnh bạn phải cắm điện cho máy sưởi.
