Pierre A. Couples Canada, January 18, 2012	Very disappointing hotel Internet high speed 4 We arrived late and the staff at the reception was very cold and not friendly. We booked a deluxe romm with river view. In fact there was only a small window with river view. The room was not cleaned and the walls were full of humidity spots.The room was also small. We were wake up by phone at 6 am by the reception to tell us there was not buffet available for breakfast because there was not enough guests in the hotel. The services provided and quality of room are far from a 3 stars hotel. Travel tip: We don't recommend to stay in this hotel which correspond to a 1 or 2 star hotel but with 3 stars rates.
Wen W. Groups Singapore, December 20, 2011	Clean hotel and good location Near the river 6 The hotel is near the river. Easy access to the river. Hotel did not turn out to be the same as the photos. There is a nice restaurant selling delicious chinese cuisine just across the hotel. The staff are friendly. The rooms are spacious.

Located in the "old" part of DaNang that is very vibrant and lively all day and night. 9.3 very nice hotel. rooms were large and spotless. cleaning staff were so friendly and helpful. front desk was another story. not friendly and not as helpful. they seem to be in a bad mood during our stay. hotel is located near the river. so much to see in the morning and evening along the river. locals are about on the entire riverwalk. beautiful view of the "new" part of danang. very surprised by the size of the entire city. Shopping Tip: I have never had so many people try to scam me in my life. Almost every vendor, taxi driver, food stand, etc. was trying to overcharge the tourist and/or would not give me the change from our bill. It was the worst I have ever experience in my many trips to Asia. Be on your toes and know the currency!!!!
