unfriendly, rude, dirty. room had sweeties under the bed and we found old ear plugs beside the bedside cabinet. breakfast is a joke, no drink included either. this hotel was cheap however standards should still be met. don't expect a smile.

This hotel was great value for money .. Only stayed a couple of nights and wanted to be on my khe beach. This hotel is just one road back from the main beach road.. Very quiet and very clean. The staff were very friendly and I just felt very relaxed and at home. A 25 minute walk got me over to Danang town.. Not much to say about that or you could get a motorbike taxi for a couple of dollars. The only strange thing about the hotel is the breakfast arrangement. You have to choose say an omelette or noodle soup the day before which is included in room price..but you order and pay menu prices for a drink, fruit, bread..even butter..
Restaurant Tip:
Be very careful at seafood restaurants and get a good idea of what you are going to pay or you may get a shock... This goes for the street side restaurants on my khe beach as well as the larger posher beachside restaurants.

hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. room was smallish but had everything you need. shower was very good, no problems with hot or anything. restaurant in hotel does good food. breakfast is very basic, we got given to fried eggs and a baguette,no butter or anything else and we had to pay extra for a drink!. all together hotel was ok, for the price you could do much worse.
