Budget hotel by the river and close to hotspot
Overlooking the river and Bach Dang area, spa, affordable

Got a massive triple room by the corner overlooking the river, I can see 2 bridges from my room.
Even though it's located at the quiet side of the river, it only costs USD... by taxi to cross over to Bach Dang, which is where all the action happens.

Beautiful river view

hotel located on the riverside with a nice view on the river and the city. the hotel is located in a quiet area without restaurants. you always need to cross the river to get to restaurants and shops.
the rooms are not big, but clean. wifi worked pretty well. staff was very friendly.
most customers in the hotel seemed to be groups of (domestic) tourists or participants of conferences (the hotel has conference facilities). although the number of customers seemed rather limited the hotel was quite noisy in particular during the early mornings. breakfast and diner facilities were limited, likely due to a lack of customers. for example there was no wine on the menu. however the quality of the food was not bad. the hotel was lacking a lounge facility. it is typically a hotel for short stays of large groups.
i stayed in the hotel to participate in a conference. the hotel was selected by the vietnamese hosts. the hotel was ok for this purpose, but personally i wound have selected this hotel.

Firstly when i check in think that this hotel will be good. The reception is fast for check in process. But they have a problem in English language communication. But once i check in the room (on the 4th floor corner river view) i was disappointed for my room.
* The window is look like have problem. (can not lock) so i worry for my safety)
* The door have a hole (it means that the hole for put the small glass for see people ouside) its broken. So my door have the hole that people outside can see inside my room.
* The bath shower is also look like have a problem in clear the water out.
* Breakfast once i go on 7am almost not have food to eat. Bread is bad. Coffea is bad. many food is cold. Really not enjoy it
* going to city is far.
* Not have much entertainment in the hotel side
The good things is
* Can see the river view
*Can see the bridge that will have special activity on 2am in the morning
* Can walk to beach (30 minutes) from hotel

Good economy hotel with very friendly staff a

This hotel has staff that speak reasonably good English.
The location is on the oposite side of Han River to Da Nang and offers a good quiet location.
The rooms were clean and tidy and all had internet access.
I had a good view across the river and down to the Cam bridge which looks great at night.
I found it was easy access (walking) to the town - 15 minutes and in future it is ideally located for the new conference centre being built

Nice hotel, bad location

We were staying in Danang for only one night, so location was not a very big issue for us. However, we got there very late at night (after 10pm),the hotel's restaurant was closed and there is nothing around the hotel. The employee at reception took her personnel moto bike and got us some food. I never saw such customer service before.

The room was very big and nice and tidy.The same goes for the bathroom.
Obviously off-peak season,because all three restaurants were closed.Breakfast,though was in the hotel´s bar-restaurant and not very good.The closed restaurants and the disappointing breakfast spoiled part of the stay.
There are no restaurants on that side of the Han river,you have to get to the other side.Walking there takes about 10 min,along the river and then over the long bridge.Or you can take a cab for 20.000 VND.Not much..

部屋が広く、ゆったりと滞在することができました。街中から川を隔てて反対側にあるため、街に出るのが少々大変ですが、喧騒に悩まされることがなく、その点では快適でした。川に面した部屋は眺めがよく、夜景もきれいです。夜景を眺めながらベトナムビールを楽しむのは最高です。
Restaurant Tip:
意外にもベトナムには良いビール、ワインがあります。ベトナムワインは空港の免税店でも購入できるので、おみやげにお薦めです。
