Peaceful, 100% stylish, friendly and professional staff The area is big and it´s located on a hill,so it´s not very suitable for disabled. Though, it´s possible to drive the taxi to the villas. We visited Dalat during low-season so we had an old french-style villa for ourselves. Fantastic rooms,the most beautiful view from the hill . In the villa there was a livingroom, a dining room,a kitchen, a library.I would love to spend christmas there with all my family!Very peaceful, no traffic,nearby only the village with all the animals.
Hotel Feature Tip : I recommend Dalat and this hotel for elderly people,because of the nice climate, it´s not too hot.

- excellent location and beautiful setting in nice Dalat
- comfortable rooms and good service
- very good but also quite expensive Spa, set within the hotel grounds - even though this is a 5-star resort, we did feel that some of the staff required additional training to truly comprehend what this should mean, for example we were rudely awakened at 7.15 on Sunday morning to ask at what time we should check out (Check-out is at 12.00!) - not a joyful experience when you are trying to sleep in. There were a few of these minor mishaps. They did not distract from the overall experience though. The Ana Mandara resort in Dalat is the perfect place to come to escape the hustle and bustle of Viet Nam. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the service 5-star standard. With the resort being set in old, refurbished Villas, you don't feel like being in hotel but could almost imagine yourself staying there for longer.

The setting, the patio off off my room (through French doors), the poolside bar; staff very helpful and pleasant. Hard to find staff, especially in the restaurant/bar - often there was no one in sight. The Ana Mandala resort was gorgeous, as advertised. The setting was just beautiful. I had a manicure and pedicure at the spa and enjoyed it a great deal, even at the relatively high (i.e., American level) prices. I went for a weekend to get out of HCM City and get something close to a US autumn, and this was just perfect.
Hotel Feature Tip : The Wifi in the hotel is nice and strong - I could Skype with the US with no problem at all.
