Excellent location on the market square. but noisy
Location gives easy access to the market, the night market, the lake, and the shops/food in town.

It should have been a good stay. Room has fan (that's all you need in Dalat in March), refrigerator, cable TV, and basic necessities for a low price. But, the hotel seems to have a lot of loud small children. People seem to burn things on the front entry steps, sending the smoke inside. And the wireless internet router was a bit spotty. The location is great, so take the good with the bad.
Restaurant Tip:
Excellent local small restaurant: sign above says Tiem An MAI HUONG. About 3 blocks away at 05 Nguyen Van Troi. Everything on the menu was great, and the price was 30,000 dong ($1.50) for most things. Great for a small meal. Owner seems to be an honest, Christian Vietnamese.

the hotel is located on the street above the market. lots of restaurants nearby. the room was large and comfortable but a bit old and dated. there was a little mold in the bathroom. we left some food out and in the morning it was covered with ants. i used the hairdrier blew the fuse. overall it was a nice place to stay.

interesting place. pretty old and interesting bathroom fixtures. no light in bathroom or plug for the bath. but the bed was comfortable and scored a room on first floor. staff dont speak english but we communicated just fine. staff very helpful

City tour with SinhTourist was great. Highly recommended
