Great Hotel. Great location - but no AC just a fan

The hotel location was great - just a few steps to the Dalat Night Market. The hotel was great but the only thing that I didn't like about it was no AC - however there was a portable fan install the closet. The weather in Dalat is chili in the morning and at night so you won't need the AC but it can get pretty hot in the afternoon. Breakfast buffet was okay, nothing special.

The stay was fine, some staff were a little slow to get things done but other's were great and very professional. The nicest thing was the hotel must have noticed in my girlfriend's passport that it was her birthday, so when we popped out for lunch one day and came back to the room there was a small birthday cake with her named iced on it and a card. Very nice touch!

An excellent Hotel with a great Location to shopping Parks and Sightseeing. Beautiful Balcony Room almost the size of an Apartment.The staff were so friendly and helpful especially the lady at the Tour Desk. Thank you to everyone. Would highly recommend this Hotel.

The check-in went smoothly, the moment you step out of the elevator to your floor, you'll soon get this errie feeling especially in the hotel room where everything feels aged and stories are embedded within the walls. The internet access is great with no limitations or proxy required. Don't even bother using the gym equipment as it's all outdated and utterly obsolete. The in-room dining and breakfast is surprisingly nice especially with the western-style food they had. Good value for money and recommend to think twice if you're sensitive to creaks and cracks!
Beware that there's no hotel room should you hire a chauffer to Da Lat so you'll might have to fork out some extra cash for his stay (tip: use a different hotel for the chauffer!)

This was my 4th stay at Ngoc Lan Hotel,
Staff are always friendly, breakfast is varied and a well maintained standard, rooms are spacious and clean, always an eagerness to assist. For me it is an deal location for my needs.

Good and friendly as always,there was some noise from upper story renovations but, this was only done during certain times, thought this showed consideration for the guests and their relaxation times. Must confess it was good not to have the disco noise, which is my one complaint when I usually stay at Nhoc Lan. It is nice to be remembered when I return, which is usually annully.
