WORST thing is there was no hot water in shower. The weather could kill a person like me from semi-tropical residence. The staff was not trying to help at all. They told me that 100 people in this hotel and all of us share only 25 LITRES OF WATER......Extremely ridiculous statistics. I met other people the next day, complaining about the other problem, the staff was stunning and doing nothing to them......
