Not very clean and far from the center. Far from the bus station and city center. If you are on the move and you want to stay for one night it is okay. People are friendly but there is really nothing to do in the area.

out of town and not really clean A hotel out of town and you do need a taxi when you come from the airport. When you arrive by bus you can walk but still it is about 3 KM. The hotel is okay for one night but not really clean and you can smell the moisture. The food is okay. If you have a choice go to Hoi Ann because hotels are better and many hotels offer a shuttle to the airport which will take you there in 1 hour.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Don't bother stopping in Danang, go to Hue or Hoi An instead. Danang is an industrial city, and has nothing to offer travellers.
