Location, attentive, friendly & informatve staff
Good rooms & facilities
I was on business trip to Haiphong,first time in Vietnam. The hotel is ideally located with all facilities as expected. The staff were wonderful and even offered a tour (in their spare time) of Haiphong. Hotel transfer from Hanoi was punctual and comfortable, but I felt a little expensive. A really nice experience.
Restaurant Tip : Do not be afraid of 'eating off the street', excellent food & experience.

Friendly and Helpful Staff
Elegant and Stylish Hotel
No alarm clock or ironing board in the room
This is the Best hotel in Haiphong if you want to stay in the central part of the city within walking distance of the historical area. Also, we were pleasantly surprised at how quiet the neighborhood was given it's close proximity to shops, restaurants, bars and the park. Hotel is elegant and very stylish... reminded us of a smaller version of the famous Metropole in Hanoi. Staff was very friendly and helpful ...organized a GREAT half-day cycling tour for my husband and me, which was the highlight of our vacation. Only one restaurant open in the hotel the week we were there but food and service were good.
