Located on road running towards ferry harbour, past City park and Opera House. Many cafe / restaurants in vicinity. Large room with views and a bathtub to soak in after long walks.

It was not comfortable, the room and pillow smell

I could not slept, it was because the room smell, pillow, towels were not clean, thong was very dirty. I would not worn it. The price was very cheap but I will not come back.

Inconsistent service. Simple business hotel

The hotel is nice, a simple business hotel with early breakfast buffet (which was very good). Only issue was that the service was inconsistent, room service phone number was never answered at all. We had help with our luggage the first time we arrived, but the second time the same person saw us and ignored us, leaving us to get our own luggage. On a street with plenty of food options so that was a bonus.

Good valued business traveler hotel with a great location right in the center of Haiphong.
Very good valued and tasty breakfast buffet with a good selection of Vietnamese style food. Although western food on offer is limited to toast and jam.

The street where is the hotel is very lively and close to the central city.
