Please be informed that the shuttle bus for pick-up service will depart from Hanoi at 7:45 a.m. at No. 22, 12A Alley Ly Nam De Street, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi. The boat will embark from Bai Chay Port, Halong City at 12:00 p.m. Guests who do not request for pick-up service can go straight to Bai Chay Port for Cruise check-in process. Guests are required to provide the hotel name, address and contact number (for pick-up service) in special request section when making a booking. Cruise itinerary and schedule subject to change upon weather and operations conditions.
Please be informed that an advance registration is required with full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number or ID, visa expiry date for all Passengers. A valid passport or ID is required upon check-in on board.

Highlight of Our Hanoi Trip
Excellent tour guide, clean room with good amenities and cozy cruise

We enjoyed the sight and tours, some dishes served were great, clean and comfortable cabin and it's just a small group cruise. The van from Hanoi to Halong and back was comfortable and cool. What needs to be improved: life vests at the small boat are quite dirty and with smell, wet towels at the restaurant are not well washed, the clothes of the chef and cruise staff were quite untidy and the staff room (which was next to our cabin) smells bad with sweat even if you just pass by it. The restaurant staff could hardly understand English. But overall, the tour guide, Vin, speaks well, sensitive to our needs, friendly and very attentive. I am happy I chose this cruise over the others.

Trip cancelled due to weather, got prompt refund
I can't really say because they cancelled our trip

We were scheduled for a 3-days 2-nights cruise. They picked us up at Hanoi (quite nice of them to pick us up at our hotel) and by the time we got to Halong, they were advised to cancel all cruises due to an incoming storm. So instead they gave us the day tour and sent us back to Hanoi. After our they refunded us 80% of our total payment (to cover the cost of the day tour) through Agoda. Communication went smoothly and we received our partial refund promptly within 7 working days after returning from our trip.
