transportation from hanoi
general services are so nice but the transportation from your hotel to hanoi was terible. the departure ofmicrobus to hanoi set uped by the hotel were a hour delayed to scheduled and after the bus stayed at some restaurant for other guest a hour...I had to wait for a hour ...crazy bus schedule...hotel did not give me anyinformation befor checking out the hotel...
