Friendly & efficient staff, clean rooms, good service. Massage was rubbish. The masseurs used my own jacket to cover my feet instead of getting an extra towel. Her technique was crap too, it felt like she was merely touching my skin rather than giving me a massage. Upon arrival staff were friendly and checked us in quickly. The room was booked for two people, but we now had three people and asked for an extra bed in the room and staff were able to arrange this very quickly and without extra charge. They also brought in an extra set of towels and amenities etc without us asking. The rooms were clean and a decent size. Hotel has a great view of bridge and harbour. Overall very good.

Beautifully decorated room, lovely pool, very good food. There aren't really any restaurants close by, but the hotel's restaurant is very good. The Halong Plaza is beautiful and boasts very good views, wonderful food, and a friendly staff. We had the seafood buffet and it was superb and only $20 per person. There is also a very good market about a 15 minute walk from the hotel. I would recommend having your breakfast included because there aren't many options close by.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Halong Bay is the most beautiful place I have ever been and worth more than one day.
