One of those hotel that you have nothing much to complain or even to comment. They are very much like a typical chinese hotel where any other services are cut throat prices. We enquired on the fare back to Hanoi and they wanted to charge double on what we finally pay.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Prices can be negotiated. Don't be con. Whatever you do, always ask for receipt.
