Apprently Mirhrin Hotel Halong is farely new hotel there, the location is bit far from ferry port/downtown. But if you enjoy the quiet place, it is still a nice choice. Pleasant welcome towl and drink are presented when you check in. Thing are new and breakfast provides the enough options. Good for both Easterns and Westerns.
nice bay view, quiet staying place
the hotel is holding guests' passport until they check out. If they can process the ID record faster, would be great.

Warning there is a development site opposite the hotel which I'm sure will block out any existing views of the bay within 5 years.
