Reception do not have any understanding of what they do. They even failed to understand our booking . We were thoroughly disapointed and therefore we left the hotel one day earlier without refund.

We got a nice sized room with breakfast included.we went down for breakfast at 7.15 to find no food-when we asked the lady about it she went got us chicken noodle soup. We also had an issue when checking out they said we had not paid which we had through agoda-we showed them the print out several times,this went on for 45 minutes until a lady came and very kindly explained to them that we had paid and they gave us back our passports.

Spacious room at very cheap price, Good for famiy

It is really cheap considered crashing over at one night,
As per above the place is literary really quiet, which is like a ghost town.
Rooms are really huge, but looks really old.
Only spent a night there with my girlfriend it was a little creepy but still a good place for just one night.
Says break fast provided but once we go town there is nothing left, booked Halony bay 4 hour cruise from them but only feels like 2 hours or less. Only visited 1 cave, and one cruising on a boat by fisherman whereby u have to pay $100kVND for each.
Is a good experience! I feel its worth it if not all you have to do is wait before you were asked to head back.

Disappointing
Big window in room with a great view

We were very unhappy with this hotel. The staff were un-friendly and un-helpful with very little English. The rooms were very run-down and dirty. There was some major construction/renavations happening in the room above us which started early in the morning and as you can amagine was very noisy. The location was not good either, a bit too out of the way. The only positive point was the lovely big window and a great view. The breakfast was ok too. We would never stay there again and would not recommend it.

Old Hotel, big with not many guests
We got put in a super huge room with couches and flat screen TV

was a great room they put us in, seems to me it was one of their nicest. but the actual hotel was very old and uninhabited. on many occasions there were not ever any staff to be found to checkout or get service. it was like a ghost town.

Great hotel with great sized rooms.

unfortunately when i stayed there it was pretty dead as it was so cold but this would be a ggreat place to stay for a few days when the weather is a bit warmer. the hotel was good for the price with large clean rooms and the staff were great. the town was good for some shopping and obviously the gateway to the cruises out in ha long bay which was fantastic.

The buffet breakfast was too early and short time from 6.00-8.00 am. But when we went there at 7.30 am, some drink all gone. They did not fill the food and drink. We had to ask for it then they filled. We had been there and we saw some tour group. They were so loud, ate and throw toothpick at the food table.
The bathtub was very old. It broke while my husband was taking a bath and cut his skin. They had no first aid kit although we asked for. They did nothing for us. Fortunately we brought some bandage with us.

It is a hotel where mosly vietnamies tourist are staying. We stayed here in juli and the hotel was full with vietnamies familly's. They are all very exited and happy, fun to look at, and al ittle bit noisy.The staff does not speak a lot of englisch but where very friendly. The hotel is located on a hill it take five minutes to walk down to the center/beach/nightmarket. Up will you take about 10-15 minutes, but you can also take a taxi for 1/2 a dollar.
Breakfast is vietnamees style but also eggs, bread and fruits. We took it once because breakfast time is from 6am till 8am suppose that is also a vietnamies thing.
Restaurant Tip:
Along the beach all seafood restaurants. Pick your living fish/crab/shrimps/lobster or shells and have a beautifull cheap dinner. At the end of the street is a real italian restaurant with great pastas, meat dishes (the pizza we didn't try) and decent wines. (real parmesan and olive oil)
