Hotel with great location

love the smile worn on every person on duty in the hotel. never fail to lit up our day. we booked a deluxe room but was upgraded to a family room which is like... wow! a massage equipment ready in the room. a internet wired up desktop also available. but we never really use it. free bananas on the table. the only setback was the toilet's bathtub. apparently the idea is romantic. but the sink seems to be stuck by foreign particles like hair and stuffs. a bit turn off. but overall the hotel is nice and i will make my stay here again. hopefully by then the sink will be 100% clear.
Restaurant Tip:
Try the Lam's Cafe. Though it's not the cheapest, it is one of the best place to sip your coffee.

i satisfy with this hotel. reasonable price for a new hotel at hanoi centre. they also provide laptop in room which is quite comfortable for us. we'll come back hanoi value next time coming to hanoi

Really cool hotel with sweet staff
We had a computer in our room with Internet access which was awesome. The staff were generally great and our room was so comfortable and large.

The staff were really nice, we arrived at the hotel at about 530am and the security man woke up and opened up the hotel so we could come in from out of the rain. They allowed us to hang out in the lobby while they quickly found us a room by about 9. We only stayed here one night unfortunately. We left the next day at about 530am and the staff said that they would be able to send us off with a basic breakfast like bread rolls and jam and some water because we would miss breakfast time. However when we went downstairs to check out we had to wake up the receptionist so we could check out and we didn't end up getting any food. However it was a great hotel and really close to most things.

Got to give 10/10 for this place, for the price you pay you get 5 star treatment, rooms are really nice breakfast is the best ive had in 3 months of travelling, right in the heart of the old quarter, tea, coffee and fruit as well as a computer in your room free of charge....ive stayed in 5 star hotels that dont give as much as this, the staff are all very freindly and helpfull, would stay there again

As its name suggests this place has true value. Very professionally run place. They provide a map and advice about the city. The room was very comfortable. Great location to walk around the city from. The included breakfast buffet was nice too.

Great hotel, great breakfast,treated like royalty, all for not alot of money, right in the old quarter where evrything is happening in hanoi backpacker scene, got a free bottle of water big one when we left free use of laptop in the room, tea coffee making facilities, nice cup of tea when you arrive, wish i had booked my tour to halong bay with them, they have a travel desk can book anything you want

our room was large and clean with a view over the main street. the staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing.some staff speak english, but most have limited ability. no request was too difficult for the staff who provided excellent service and assistance, eg my wife wanted a hairdresser so the owner arranged for her to to go to her own hairdresser. the travel desk in the hotel was also very helpful and is able to arrange all kinds of tours, whether "off the shelf" or customized to suit your own desires. this hotel is value for money.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The hotel is centrally located which place all attractions within walking distance. Restaurants and shops of all description abound. If travelling here in winter (January-March)take warm clothes as it can be cold at this time. However it does get hot in summer.

it was in a convenient area of the old quarter of hanoi. we basically just walked around to the places of interest. the rooms were clean and the service of everyone there was excellent. certainly will recommend it to others.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Visit Halong Bay and stay a night on the cruise boat.

This was a good place to stay in Hanoi. Very friendly and attentive staff and nice rooms. The breakfast is excellent. At the time we were there, there were building works next door which put a quick end to our sleep. Bathrooms are fine, though hot water is quick to go. If you get a taxi from the train station it is apprx , our driver tried to get us to pay dong. If you like Pho, be sure to ask where the best Pho restuarant is, it is in a small side street near the lake.
