Great location, clean but few negatives

ultimate location in the old qtr! great price and clean. unfortunately had to move rooms as we found a rat in the bed! besides that it was fine. staff in the morning were the least bit helpful forgot to call us and book a cab and having out breakfast ready as promised all at 5am so left in an argument

we staying at this hotel for 3 night,nice and clean spacious deluxe room, comfortable bed.breakfast is at level 6,nice view looking out, serving western and vietnam food,a chef is cooking fresh egg in the restaurant,business center is spacious and have 2 computer and sofa to rest.door men are very helpful and alway greet us with smile,
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take about 10 mins to hoam kien lake and Dong Xuan market.Located at 36 street, every street selling diffent thing such as shoes. clothes, goldsmite,bamboo,siver, flower.

nice and spacious room,clean and comfortable bed.reception staff were very friendly and helpful.breakfast is at level 6.few restaurant and pub nearby,walking distance to dong suan market,hoam kien lake,ho chi minh mausoleum.night market is opened on weekend.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Just massage is the best massage center,book to halong bay cruise from travel agent outside the hotel.Try to take Vinasun taxi at the airport.

Shower room too small,inside kettle very dirty with things' inside and the worst is the chairs moving noises in the early hour from the restaurant. I stayed at 5th floor and the hotel restaurant is at 6th floor

We book 3 night deluxe room, we like the spacious and clean room.comfortable bed and nice decorted wall paper.corner room is the bigger room with big window facing the city.bathroom is clean with shower,lobby is small but business center is spacious with 2 computer.Many restaurant outside the hotel.Friendly staff and helpful doorman.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take a overnight train to lao chai and take van to sapa,book 1 day tour to one pillar pagoda, Temple of literature, ho chi minh mausoleum and hoam kien lake.

stay at this hotel during feb the weather is very cold.the room is very spacious and clean with a big window at the coner room,breakfast is at level 6 serving delicous buffet western and vietnamese food.friendy and cheerfull staff, helpful doorman.good location at 36 street in the old quarter,near market,pub, hoam kien lake,tour agent and restaurant.

Book a 2 day 1 night cruise to halong bay from the travel agent at hanoi.overnight train to sapa and 1 day city tour.

The Hotel is well located in the old quarter of Hanoi. The Park with a small lake is in walking distance. The rooms were well sized and were cleaned every day. The Staff were very friendly. I can recommend this hotel.
