A brand new hotel that features 52 luxurious rooms and suites, they offer convenience to their guests by providing two elevators, two restaurants, and other great amenities you can expect from a 3.5 star hotel. Offering fantastic value of money, it is located right in Hanoi Old Quarter, approximately about a minute away from Hoan Kiem Lake and the popular Thang Long Water Puppet Show. Indeed, in close proximity to the excellent attractions, they also offer air conditioned rooms, inside room computer and internet, desk, minibar and a balcony in certain rooms. A convenient place of stay, it is a good choice.

Great location, New, friendly front of house staff. Quick to acknowledge problems and rectify.
Restaurant staff spoke no English, breakfast poor, building work next door.
We arrived late on a Friday evening. Check in quick and efficient.
Modern large room with pine flooring.
Huge bed big enough for our 2 adults and 9 year old son (if you can manage this I would go for this option as the extra bed in the room is a pull out bed settee which would leave the room very cramped).
Building work/noise started early in the morning and as it is right behind the bedroom walls it was very noisy.
Breakfast was pretty mediocre - the majority of the guests were western but there was very little choice if you don't like asian food. We did have some room service food our first night that was very tasty and good value.
This was a weekend away to celebrate our 10 year anniversary so we were pretty disappointed with the hotel. I did however discuss our dissatisfaction with the hotel duty manager who was great . He understood and was pleased that I had told him about it all. Other than the building work that will take a couple more months and there is nothing the hotel can do about it, they will address the breakfast issue etc.
Would I go back there again? In a few months when the building work has been done, probably. The hotel is just a stones throw from the lake and water puppet theatre so no need for city taxi's if you just want to stay in the most popular areas.

Internet was not working all the time
The hotel is quite new and centrally located. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice as well. The stay in the hotel was really nice and I would come again. We only had some problems with the internet connection in the room. But it didn't really matter to us.

Location, friendly staff, great rooms, nice and light interior
Next to a construction site, but they only start working late
The Boss Hotel was a nice and central hotel to stay in Hanoi. The rooms are clean, well equipped (computer, TV and internet in the room), hence it was very convenient to book further travel. The interior is very light and Swedish in style, the staff were helpful and friendly. Overall a great experience and a great place to stay when in Hanoi.
