The staff is the greatest asset of this hotel. They're always so nice, friendly and always willing to help. You feel like you're in a 5 star hotel the whole time.
We booked two nights, then extended for another 2 and we were impressed with their kindness by offering to keep our bags while we went to Halong bay for 3 days and then again while we went to Sapa for another 4 days.
We're still in Sapa while writing this review, getting back tomorrow and confident that we'll find smilling faces as soon as we enter the Calypso Hotel.
10 out of 10 and we'll definitely be back.
