I stayed 4 nights in Hanoi but I stay just one day
at the hotel, and then I changed to another hotel.
It is easy to find a hotel that is clean, bright and cheap.

In fact I had booked this hotel by chance. Reasonable for the price they charged. However at that time, the hotel is undergoing some renovations, and the works started as early as at 8 am. That had disrupted my sleep. However it was compensated by the free access to the internet and close proximity to the city area. The staff are very friendly and hepful too. Overall, I will give it 3 stars out of 5.
Free access to the Internet. Walkable distance from the city.
The breakfast need to improve.
