Comfortable room, central location and very helpful and friendly staff who spoke good english. 9 I had a very pleasant, enjoyable stay in a comfortable room in a pleasant hotel that had very friendly and helpful staff. The English spoken was very good for Hanoi. The hotel is very centrally located and therefore great for sightseeing in Hanoi. Hanoi is a very bustling city and the hotel offered a great escape.

We used church 95 for transit and found the b,fast service and staff were extremely helpful. Church hotels should be recommended as great transit. Travel agents must see these hotels.staff communication is also great. Only down side is big coached have difficulty accessing church 21.
