The room was very nice and cheap when compared to other hotels in Hanoi. There was a new TV and enough amenities. The building is quite new so look beautiful from outside and inside. Check out time was 1 PM and that was nice!
Our room was big and clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was nice as well.
Location is not in the middle of the town and not many cheap restaurant around.
- Restaurant Tip : There is an Italian PIZZA restaurant next to the hotel. It was so delicious!!! You can have it when you need to have break from Vietnamese food.

Entertainment is excellent, rooms are good as is the service.
Food is not special, prices compared to 5 star hotels too high. Cafe shop appears "cheap".
- Nightlife Tip : Nightlife of Hanoi is best inside the hotel!

Located in a nice location. Very modern and clean. Staff need some professional development in customer relations and efficiency. Some features not good for people over 5'5" tall (bed & shower). Good rate through Agoda, however their walk-in rate was ridiculously expensive.

Some staff inefficient and unprofessional; bed too short (would be a nightmare for anyone over 5'5"); shower head is located at around 5' - meant you had to crouch down to wash your hair; incredibly hard pillows

As mostly a tourist traveller I would not stay at this hotel again. With all the traffic in Hanoi it is too far from the city center and the tourist spots. It is not a very cosy hotel and we did not feel like hanging around there.
