clean and in the town and not too noisey
felt cheap, in the backpackers area, staff do not speak english.
This is a small hotel in a quiet street in the backpackers area, fine if thats what you want. rooms are clean with a safe and breakfast is ok. Staff do not speak english but the canadian manager was more than helpful with restaurant tips and bars. we just found the area a bit mental and would have paid more to stay somewhere a bit further out to go into the party then get a better nights kip.

Nice Location in a quiet lane
Close in walk distance to all the Old Quartier
Very entuthiastic and servefull staff
All is clean and new
The breakfast is horrible ... better ask for Vietnamese rolls or buy your Nescafe and bread or cookies outside.
The coffee is worse than instant, the bread is like chewing gum and the juice is fake ... SUCH A SAME in this country.

I would recommend this hotel but taking care of the INCONVINIENTS.
It is in a good location and helpfull staff ... you can trust them even they are under 25years old.
Normally Vietnam is for Backpackers ... but here ou can feel in diferent ambience.
I hope they will adjust the price ...
