The hotel location is good for shopping and business. Room is big, clean but poor wifi signal for floor 3-5.
The front road is too small and in bad condition. Hotel staff is helpful.
Shopping Tip:
Very close to Old Quarter and lake. Easy to do shopping and eating.

I just stay one night at this hotel but it is enough to review about the hotel. This is very nice hotel. My room was booked by my staff during my business trip in Vietnam. It's huge and clean room with all the items listed exactly on the internet. Wifi was free, delicious breakfast is on the top floor. There was nothing to complain about this hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
It was short time for one day trips to Halong bay what I booked from the travel desk of this hotel. If I have time, I will choose two day trip.

this is my third time stying here.
i am very happy wiht the location ofthe hotel, it is just 2 minutes walk to hoan khiem lake. very easy to get around, great restuarant nearby and excellent sight seeing at adoor step.
however, breakfast is very limited and asian. hope they can improve this.
the night market is so close and it was so fun shopping and bagaining there.

出張で9泊しました。ホアンキエム湖にすごく近いのですが一本道を入っているので騒音は少なく、また車を駐車させるスペースもありましたので、まずまずの立地です。部屋は初日はダブルブッキングとのことで無料でレイクビューへグレイドアップ。この部屋はマッサージチェア、ジェットバスがあり快適でした。旧市街近くなのでお湯の出や温かいお湯が出るか心配でしたが、レイクビュー、またデラックスともにお湯についてはｏｋでした。スタッフもフレンドリーで、一生懸命にサービスを行っている点が好印象でした。食事は最上階でいただけます。毎日違うメニューが出てくるので飽きませんでした。また注文すれば卵料理や、フォーボーなんかも作ってくれます。
悪かった点：
まず、アゴダのホテル情報の掲載ミス。キッチン、電子レンジはどこの部屋にもありませんのでご注意を！ アゴダは誤情報が多く、またそれに対して報告しても一切返信を寄越さない会社なので、必ずホテルのサイトで確認しましよう！
英語について；会話ができるのは数人に限られており、ほとんどの従業員が英語での会話が難しいです。
インターネット：滞在中、wifiが一切使用できなかった。ケーブルは滞在4日目にしてようやく使用できました。出張だったので本当に困りました。
窓；レイクビュー、シティービュー以外の部屋はホテル中央の吹き抜けに面して窓が設置されており、滞在中は外の景色が見れず本当に圧迫される部屋です。また、対面の部屋と窓が向かい合っているのでお互い丸見えになります。
クリーニング：カーキ色のパンツにオイル染みを作られました。その分はもちろん払いませんでした。 ﾁｪｯｸｵｳﾄ時の従業員の方は「私が払うことになる」とのことでしたが、もし皆さんが同じことを言われても無視してｏｋです。そのセリフはホテルマニュアルの一部です。

가격대비 만족도는 높습니다. 위치도 그렇고 아침식사도 무난합니다.
다만 아침에 샤워하는데 더운물이 안나왔습니다. 말씨가 워낙 더워서 상관은 없었으나, 겨울에도 그정도 이면... 다시 한번 생각해 봐야 될 것 같습니다.
