The hotel is well positioned close to the old town and the lake. The rooms are good. My room had a view of the lake which was nice. The room was well equipped and the bed very comfortable. The staff were very helpful, and the pre-paid taxi ride to the airport is worth taken given the problems gettings taxis to and from Hanoi airport. The breakfast room is excellent with a breathtaking view of the city. Overall this is a good hotel, that I will stay with again.

The location of the hotel is excellent, just off the street from Hoan Kiem Lake in the old quarter. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. Overall, a good value for money. Wireless internet connection in the room was a bit of a problem, but the connection was ok at the lobby.

hélas, j'ai certainement joué de malchance. le bâtiment jouxtant l'hôtel était en reconstruction, rénovation. donc du matin au soir, j'étais importuné par les bruits incessants de chantier. et la nuit, ce sont les bâches placées le long du bâtiment qui claquaient au vent et rendaient le sommeil quasi impossible. très mauvaise récupération durant ce séjour pendant lequel une partie était consacrée à mes activités professionnelles !!!
a tester donc dans de meilleures conditions, sachant que les chambres sont vraiment très petites et qu’une odeur d’humidité était assez difficile à atténuer
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
ne manquer pas de vous lever une fois pendant le séjour vers 5 ou 6 heures du matin pour aller vous promener le long du lac voisin. vous serez stupéfait par le spectacle offert tous les jours de l'année. je n'en dis pas plus, découvrez par vous-mêmes

ロケーション、スタッフの対応、食事（朝食）は良好で、掃除が行き届いていること、従業員教育が行き届いてるためか無暗にチップを要求したりすることがなく、宿泊価格からすると最高のホテルであった。ただし、付近で工事物件があり、日中少々喧しかったことは致し方ないと受け止めている。
