, the hotel manager, was extremely helpful and efficient! He showed me all the tour options and then booked the ones I wanted to take. I decided to stay for the weekend but the hotel was full. he went ahead and booked a very similar hotel near by for me and then escorted me over to the new hotel himself. He even arranged airport transport for me two days later! The room was charming with nice details and very clean. I would stay here again.

Nice but small hotel. Took quite a while for the taxi driver to find the location as it's located away from the popular few old streets. The street name seems to have changed on the taxi's gps. The staff were friendly. The breakfast wasn't so great esp the beef pho which was tasteless. Luckily my room had a small window which looked out into someone's backyard. The rooms were clean.

In a quiet road just off the buzy Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake

I advise you to stay here as it is in a quiet (well almost) road the the bustle of the Old Quarter only a stones throw away.Be prepared for the noise of hooters 24/7 and erratic driving.The service was excellent and staff pleasant and polite.

Very helpful staff helped us get tickets to a traditional music event in a local temple. Walking distance to many downtown attractions including the beautiful lake, markets, tea houses etc.

the room is consider small than i expected, but overall its ok, at least it got som more spaces to add an extra bed.the breakfast choices are limited but overall there are enough for our preference. Friendly reception,help us arranged airport taxi. Alot of restaurants around, inc Little Hanoi.Went to a morning walk around the lake before it's time for us to depart to hotel,as it's really quite near to the hotel.

the hotel was clean and the location was perfect! it is nothing luxury, but the amenity was great with complementary breakfast served daily too.

We had a lovely stay in Gondola over a long weekend in Hanoi. It is well appointed, comfortable and we were upgraded to a junior suite upon arrival, which was much appreciated! The hotel is in a strategic location for exploring old Hanoi. And the ladies at the front desk were excellent - friendly and super helpful with all kinds of tips and info.

Employees are very polite and friendly.
Good access to many sight-seeing points in the old town.

the hotel is very new and the room is huge. the bed is very comfortable. they responded to you immediately when problems arose. the front desk manager is an angel. the hotel was fully booked after my trip from ha long bay, and she took me to another hotel of the same grade and made sure i was happy with the room before she left. their buffet breakfast is the best among the 4 different hotels i stayed in hanoi.will definitely return to this hotel.great value for superb service.
Restaurant Tip:
A few nice resturants around the corner,easy access and great food.
