When we arrived in the morning after a 16 hour over night bus from Hue, the girl on the door was nice and friendly, until we told her we had booked a tour through another company and not theirs, she changed her tune pretty quick and was quite rude for the rest of our stay, and after we checked out she tracked us down a day later because they forgot to charge us for the taxi from the bus pick up, which I know cost them 18,000VND and they charged us 100,000VND, but anyway, it just put a sour taste in my mouth, even though it was a perfectly fine hotel.
Thium S. Groups Malaysia, April 13, 2013	worth staying location, staff and comfort bed 7.7 Hotel is still under some renovation and staff speaks good English with no problem communicating. Staff is being helpful to us. Hotel is near to the night market and 20 min walk to West Lake.
