The staff was very helpful with all our needs. We had a person who spoke vietnamese with us so that made it easier. I don't know what our experience would have been like had that not been the case. The room itself was not too bad. The bathroom was a good size. The blankets did smell a little like herbs which would be bad if you have a really sensitive nose. Lots of noodle soup around for really cheap price.
Restaurant Tip:
If you are feeling extra adventurous, once you head out of the hotel, turn right, go through the archways and head down the block. The 'restaurant' at the corner on your left has some very... interesting menu items if you dare try.

Perfect location in the Old Quater, staff very friendly and helpfull.

Very surprised by the quality of the rooms that are all ensuited. The staff went out of their way to help with things to do and places to go. Felt very safe and recommend this hotel to all travellers.
Nightlife Tip:
The hotel is located very near to Dong Xuan markets and shopping areas.

i have short time in Ha noi on bussiness. My impression about the hotel have been that clean, cosy room, friendly and enthusiatic staffs. I really had a nice time here.

It was the first time I traveled to Ha noi. When stayed the Hanoi apple Hotel, I had a woderful time. Staff were very friendly to introduce me about sighseeings in Ha noi. Good and plenty breakfast with french dishes and vietnamese dishes (specially in beef pho). Price service was reasonable.
I think the hotel is my choice for the trip to Ha noi.

keeping out of street - trader.

I never got the deluxe room i paid for poore

it was a disgrace I paid for a deluxe room and got something like a superior in very bad condition. The aircon could not cool the room down and the tv signal was like looking into a snow blizerd.
I left after 1 day even i booked for 4 days and i sent a complain to agoda and they replied from this email cs@agoda.com
that they would investegate but i never heard anything. I also send them pictures from the xperience

Apple hotel staff were very friendly and most welcoming upon our arrival. they were extremely helpful in assisting us with our lost baggage, helping to organise pickup of our bags from the airport.

this hotel is new, clean and the staff are friendly. internet in the lobby. we did not try the breakfast so cannot rate that. it is cheaper to book online through agoda than just turn up here. good wifi and tv reception.
Restaurant Tip:
there is a hotel called new day restaurant on ma may street. it is amazing. it is always packed with locals and tourists. you can get the bestvietnamese dishes for cheap.

This is a nice hotel, recently renovated therefore clean and comfortable. Walkable location to restaurants and the lake. Staff were friendly however constantly trying to sell you tours, and when you do book one they don't give you what they say they will.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Dont book tours with the hotel.

The staff at this hotel are purely superb and nothing is too much trouble for them. The smiles that you receive are truly genuine and make staying at this hotel one of the best experiences you could have in Hanoi. The hotel is clean with comfortable beds,fantastic Wifi in the rooms and the breakfasts are filling and offer a wide selection. You even get offered a hot cup of tea when you return from your day sight seeing (at no charge). The location at old quarter and if you have a back room not facing the street the windows keep the noise out! We stayed here on three separate occasions and each time was the same great service. We would certainly stay at this hotel the next time we are in Hanoi and don't hesitate to recommend it.
