My sister and I stayed here for 2 days.The staff were absolutely wonderful!! jimmy & hana and were so accommodating, friendly and easy to talk too. They made our stay so much more enjoyable. They arranged our trip to Halong Bay and the tour exceeded our expectations. We would definately reccommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff was really good especially Jimmy and Hai always giving us good deals and information. Except for mosquitoes in the room other than that everything was fine. Gotta warn people about con man using the hotel's name though cause we got cheated on our first night by this guy named Tony who claimed that the hotel was fully booked and he brought us to another hotel ngoc mai hotel which was the worse hotel ever but eventually we got back to hanoi asia star hotel after pestering and countless of complaining and found out that we almost got cheated.
