We stayed at the Hotel for a total of 3 days and we had a great time. The rooms were large and clean and there was a constant supply of hot water which was great. One of the big plus points of the hotel were the very friendly staff. We also booked all our tours with them as it was affordable. The Hotel also had a nice Spa which we went for and it was great. The hotel is also close to the night markets and would be great if you love to shop. All in all I had a lovely time at the and would recommend the hotel to those going to stay at Hanoi, Old Quarters.

I like the fact it is located in the old quarters. Lots of sightseeing just by stepping out of the hotel. The bellboy was especially helpful and enthusiastic, adding to the pleasant stay.

Stay was good but the windows at the front (i had a suite room) let so much noise in. I was woken before 6am on the second night with a loud speaker blasting out music and speech. That and the constant traffic. And some sort of bar or night club in the local proximity that felt like it came through the walls. (Note it was a national holiday on one day so maybe it was worse than usual). Everything else was very good except for an annoying call on the last day at 11am to ask me when i was leaving and the breakfast was quite basic - Pho was very salty.
I'd definitely stay here again if they could sort out the noise problem.

Comfortable, and great staff
Staff were excellent and really helpful, and it was a good Old Quarter location.

We had a total at three nights at the hotel – 2 nights prior to going to Halong Bay, and a single overnight on our return. We had booked an Executive Room through Agoda. For the first two nights we had a very nice room that matched the description of an “Executive Room” on the Agoda site, but the hotel claimed that we were upgraded to a “Suite”. For our second overnight stay we believe we were given what matched the “Deluxe Room” from the Agoda site, despite having booked and payed for an Executive Room. Although we were a bit frustrated and irritated about this, overall we were happy with the hotel and thought it was reasonable value for money.
The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and the one dinner we had in the dining room was a good standard.
We would not choose to stay in the Old Quarter again and opt instead for somewhere in a quieter and less hectic area – that said, once inside the hotel we were not disturbed by the noise and activity on the streets.
Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel but if we stayed there again we would double and triple check exactly what type of room we were paying for, and if the room description accurately matched what we actually finished up getting.
