Splendid value for money
excellent value for money, friendly service, staff speak English well. Free internet, nice and clean.

Definitely good value for money and the staff can't do enough to help you. Great location- a funky little area and our room had a lovely balcony with a view. Rooms slightly pokey but were nice and clean. Just make sure to have quick showers as hot water runs out fairly quickly! We enjoyed our stay and the staff booked us on a lovely day tour to Halong Bay.

Tuy chỉ ở 1 đêm và nửa ngày tại Khách sạn,nhưng chúng tôi thực sự không hài lòng thái độ đón tiếp của lễ tân, kiểu cách trịch thượng và không niềm nở thân mật như những khách sạn chúng tôi đã ở. Không hiểu có phải là do chúng tôi được giảm giá 50% nên thái độ của lễ tân như vậy? Giá phòng không rẻ vì ngoài mức giá được giảm 50% cho phòng superior chỉ dành cho 1 khách (thông tin tôi được xem trên mạng agoda là phòng 25m2, nhưng thực tế phòng chỉ khoảng 18m2), mỗi khách ở thêm bị charge thêm 10$UD.Giá nước uống tại phòng quá đắt, 50.000 Đ/ chai 250ml.
