Great location but had some problems
great location, friendly and helpful staff

Had a nice time at this hotel, but was staying on the top floor and the water in the shower trickled out. However, the staff moved me to another room and the water pressure was much better in this one. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

I was under the impression I made a reservation at Splendid Star 2, but when arrived they said we were at Splendid Star 1 due to all the rooms were full. So we ended up staying at Splendid Star 2 and then they moved us the next day.

すっごく分かりにくいホテルでした！
スタッフもきちんとしていて、気持ちのいいホテルです。

ウェルカムドリンクがとっても美味しかったし、スタッフの方も丁寧な方で気持ち良かったです。部屋は清潔ですが、少し狭く、トイレの流れが少し悪かったです。朝食も好きなメニューを選んで作ってくれるタイプだったのですが、朝早いと、食べたいものを作ってはもらえませんでしたので、残念でした。しかし、路地の裏にあるので、とってもわかりにくいホテルでした。

ハノイ教会のすぐ近くです。

スタッフの対応、エアコン、朝食がおいしかったです。

朝７時に到着してしまったにも関わらず、空いている部屋でチェックインさせてもらい、荷物が多くて大変だったので、その対応に大変感謝いたしました。スタッフの方の笑顔と対応が素敵です！
Nightlife Tip:
バインミーっていうフランスパンで挟んだサンドイッチがとてもおいしいです！！

离教堂很近，吃喝玩乐方便。但房间小，浴室小，隔音效果差，但是相对便宜的价格，也过得去吧！去乘坐机场MINIBUS步行不到15分钟。
