The staff was absolutely great and really professional, paying attention to the slightest detail and doing everything possible to make sure we had a great stay,
The hotel location is great, right in the middle of the famous Old Quarter, near the major sights and restaurants.
Free internet in the room The hotel is already a bit old, despite the fact that the hotel rooms are very clean.
Due to its central location it may get a bit too noisy during the night so it's recommended that you get a room on the top floors.
The breakfast is ok but it could have more variety For sure one of the best hotel deals so far. The hotel rooms are clean and have free internet. Not only the location was great - right in the centre of Hanoi - but the staff was also extremely warm hearted and professional, always going the extra mile to make sure your stay in Hanoi would be unforgettable. If I ever go back to Hanoi I will stay at the Elegance Hotel again for sure.

It's location is in the heart of the Old Quarter and the staff is helpful and friendly. The Old Quarter is noisy and congested. If you want to stay in the center of the action, this is a good place. If you want some quiet and an easy to get to location, you may want to stay on the outer edge of the quarter. I had a balcony room and it was noisy. But the staff is friendly.
Hotel Feature Tip : Do your laundry elsewhere. They charged me $3 for jeans. That's expensive for the type of hotel.

The old city is a visual delight. Sitting in one of the many restaurants just watching the world go by is the best thing to do in Hanoi
