This is the second time we stayed here and we were not disappointed. The staff are so attentive and fun. The services including the travel desk and room service are great. When the staff realised I wanted to get exercise going up the stairs instead of the lift they arranged a for a room at the top! Over 100 steps yeah great service. They really get to know what the guest want!!

Best Staff Ever
The knowledgeable, helpful staff; the comfortable beds in the family suite room with a laptop, and the beautiful breakfast to start our day.

When you think about it, your experience in a foreign country comes down to the people who help you with your trip. The staff at Elegance Ruby bent over backwards to ensure we left with the best possible Vietnam memories. They knew we wanted to go to Halong Bay and got us an excellent rate on the best boat, the Au Co, a mystical dream come true. Then they called our Sapa hotel to oversee our safe transport from the train up the mountain at 5 a.m. Upon our return to Hanoi at 5a.m., they allowed us to rest in their family lounge, even though they were fully booked. The night manager called other hotels to find us a comfortable room nearby. They treated us truly like family!

Wonderful hotel in Old Quarter

i traveled with a friend to vietnam during an extended holiday. our trip to hanoi represented the final leg of our trip. from hanoi we arranged to take a trip to halong bay. we selected the hotel based on very positive reviews and we were not disappointed. i will say that the hotel was slightly off the beaten track which made it difficult for our taxi driver to find. however once we arrived we were greeted with welcome drinks and loads of information about great locations for food and sightseeing. they rooms were really cozy and had a laptop as well as wifi. my friend and i acquired an extra piece of luggage in clothing each while in vietnam. the hotel allowed us to store our bags in the hotel while we vetured to halong bay as we were booked the following evening back in the hotel. when we returned from halong bay the luggage was already in the room. the overall experience was very positive at the hanoi elegance ruby.

2nd stay at this hotel (we went to Halong Bay for an overnight cruise) and was just as good as the last. The hotel keep our bags in storage and put back in our new room on our arrival. Again very friendly staff and breakfast awesome. They even made us a cake for our honeymoon!
