Hanoi Horison Hotel Review Guest Rating: 4.3

I used the hotel for business and stayed for a few days on a holiday. For both purposes the hotel met my exectations and exceeded it in the service area where the bell captain performed miracles at times.

Excellent service, meals

Internet a bit slow but probably typical of Hanoi

• Hotel Feature Tip : Ask the Bell Captain anything about Hanoi or where to go for dining or sightseeing and they are excellent

OK hotel should be 4 stars not 5 stars Guest Rating: 3.2

Very nice and big room but room service is not that good.

Very nice hotel with supporting staff.

Breakfast Buffet is not that good for a 5 star hotel.

This was my first stay at Hanoi Harison. The hotel is excellent and staff is very co-operative. The food is great in all the restaurants. Very elaborate breakfast and if you leave too early they provide you the Breakfast box as a surprise. Very fast Wifi internet service. Everything is well and not too far from the city centre. I will come back.

Excellent hotel for business conferences. Was host to 125+ visitors and all met USA/Europe expectations in terms of facilities, service and (technical) knowlegde, a job really well done.

A true 5 star hotel. Guest Rating: 4.2

Very pedantic with money so make sure your American dollars are fairly new (with "big face").
