quit and easy working

small hotel

The hotel was OK; manyshops around and many nice restaurants; the lake is in front of the hotel and gives relax mood during staying at the hotel; the busy area is close near and many shopping in s short distance by taxi; no need long walking to the shopping mall and the downtown. The staff was very welcoming and speaking well English and the room was very convenient with internet access. Lobby staff was OK and professional. The room was clean always with ability to open window and get a fresh air and getting the spirit of Hanoi.

friendly staff, nice room

far from old quarter

quite far from old quarter and taxis seemed to change in price quite a lot on the meter which was weird, cabbies seemed to never have 'change' either! reception offered to get us waterpuppet tickets but had forgotten so meant we couldn't go as you have to get your tickets early in the day, so make sure you do if you want to see it, i was very disappointed that we didn't. staff made every effort to speak english. there was a good breakfast selection and plenty to eat!
